NY 17 Field Organizer

Working Families PartyHudson Valley, NY
$64,000 - $81,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Working Families Party (WFP) is the progressive party for the multiracial working class, fighting for a nation that works for the many, not the few. We recruit, train, and support transformational candidates up and down the ballot — and run them to win. The Working Families Party is regular people coming together across our differences to make a better future for us all. We’re a multiracial party that fights for workers over bosses and people over the powerful. We want an America which realizes the promise – unrealized in our history – of freedom and equality for all. Our Field Organizer program will support our Vote WFP campaign in NY17, a must-win general election race in the state. In this district, we aim to help elect NYWFP-endorsed Democrat Cait Conley and defeat MAGA Republican Mike Lawler by driving up votes for Conley on the Working Families ballot line. The Field Organizer will receive comprehensive field training, including on field strategy, community organizing, voter contact tools, persuasion, and volunteer recruitment and management. This program runs from September 21, 2026 to November 6, 2026.
