About The Position

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Operator IV to prepare and carry out product delivery and treatment routes while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service standards. The role involves preparing routes and shipping documents, inspecting vehicles before trips, checking inventory, loading products, and completing delivery and treatment paperwork. It also includes routine inspections and basic maintenance of trucks, pumps, and work areas, as well as processing inbound and outbound shipments.

The position follows standard Monday-through-Friday working hours, with occasional overnight travel as required. Overtime opportunities are available. Valid work authorization in the country of employment is required; the employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
• Clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery routes and shipping documents, and conduct DOT pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Apply knowledge of DOT regulations and hazardous-material handling.
• Perform daily inventory checks and load products needed for delivery and treatment routes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and safety requirements.
• Complete delivery records, treatment reports, inspection documents, and related paperwork accurately.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of trucks, pumps, and work areas.
• Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments.
