About The Position

East Coast Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and versatile Field Operations Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. This role involves a wide variety of commercial property maintenance and site improvement projects. No two days are exactly the same. We are looking for someone who can work independently, adapt to changing job requirements, and take initiative while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions and complete projects efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional overnight work when project demands require it
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year of construction, maintenance, landscaping, site work, or general labor experience
• Experience operating equipment and power tools
• Experience with concrete, asphalt, line striping, or commercial property maintenance
• Forklift experience is a plus

• Commercial site preparation and cleanup
• Bulk debris removal
• Sign installation and replacement

• Catch basin repairs and rebuilds
