AES a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation. We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of field operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • 3 plus years experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with safety training and certification processes.
  • Experience with fleet management and travel coordination.
  • Experience with T Sheets
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

  • Support the manager with all on-boarding tasks.
  • Maintain safety training records and training certifications.
  • Provide coordination assistance with field phones, tablets, and computer.
  • Manage time sheets.
  • Set up and administer per diem cards.
  • Set up and administer corporate cards.
  • Coordinate all travel-related activities, including airline tickets and per diem supplements.
  • Oversee fleet management, including insurance cards, tags, maintenance records, etc.
