We’re building a ready-to-deploy pipeline of trained Field Operations Support Associates to support emergency activations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As a Field Operations Support Associate – Debris, Quality & Compliance you will ensure quality, compliance, and production integrity of our debris removal and emergency response activations. In this role, you will serve as a direct field presence. You will monitor truck & crew activity, verify debris eligibility, and oversee the performance of assigned crews and subcontractors across active job sites. You may oversee between 2-6 field crews, which will be dependent on project scope and your level of experience. Ensure safe and efficient operations in full compliance of the contract scope of work. You will maintain accurate production and load documentation while fostering strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to work 7 days a week, 12-hour shifts during emergency activations and work in varying environments and climates.
