About The Position

Dry Force is a leading provider of water damage restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction services throughout Texas. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead field crews, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of mitigation technicians and field crews throughout the Austin market. This leadership role ensures projects are completed on time, within company standards, and in accordance with Dry Force's commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong restoration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop technicians while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field operations.
  • Previous leadership experience managing technicians, crews, or field personnel.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial mitigation projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • IICRC WRT Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly in emergency-response situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage competing demands.
  • Familiarity with moisture mapping, drying equipment, and mitigation documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology platforms.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform field inspections.
  • Ability to work in residential, commercial, and emergency response environments.
  • Ability to perform mitigation work and assist field crews when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • ASD Certification preferred.
  • Additional IICRC certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with DASH, Xactimate, Encircle, MICA, or similar restoration software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mitigation operations and field production activities.
  • Monitor active projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and proper documentation.
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to company standards, IICRC guidelines, and customer expectations.
  • Review project progress and proactively address delays, staffing concerns, or operational challenges.
  • Maintain accountability for production goals, job profitability, and overall field performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop technicians.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, job site inspections, and field audits.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship focused on safety, customer service, and technical excellence.
  • Assist with performance management, employee development, and corrective coaching when necessary.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and complex project issues.
  • Maintain professional communication with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and referral partners.
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the restoration process.
  • Support exceptional customer experiences and drive positive online reviews.
  • Assist with project scoping, documentation, and estimating support when needed.
  • Verify technicians are following drying protocols, documentation requirements, and company procedures.
  • Ensure all required photos, moisture readings, and job notes are accurately completed.
  • Support large-loss and high-priority projects as necessary.
  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained and ready for deployment.
  • Monitor equipment usage, accountability, and maintenance needs.
  • Partner with warehouse and operations personnel to maintain operational readiness.
  • Promote proper care and utilization of company assets.
  • Work closely with Dispatch, Reconstruction, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Support company initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on support during emergency response situations and high-volume periods.
  • Respond to after-hours operational needs when necessary.
