About The Position
AirGarage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist. If you’re someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors, this could be a great fit!
Requirements
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service, security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
- Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
- Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
- Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
- Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
