Requirements

• Must own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned location(s).
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.
• A positive, professional attitude when engaging with customers and property stakeholders.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Successful completion of a standard background check.
• A valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned parking lots or garages on foot to check on parked vehicles.
• Provide coverage across multiple locations within the assigned area.
• Use the AirGarage Space Force app on a smartphone to scan license plates and verify active payment.
• Issue citations to vehicles that have not paid through the app and leave a physical notice.
• In some markets, immobilize (boot) repeat violators.
• Assist customers with understanding how to pay and guide them through the app.
• Perform occasional light cleanup, such as picking up trash and litter around the lot.
• Coordinate with outside vendors on maintenance needs.
• Assist with hanging or moving signage.
• At a small number of locations, help direct traffic into the lot and assist customers with questions or pricing.
