Responsible for managing all field customer interactions and communications in conjunction with effectively managing and scheduling service work and resources to meet customer expectations for equipment service and maintenance and accountable for overseeing the end-to-end service process including time entry for field operations. The expected pay range for this position is between 125-145K. Actual salary will be based on the successful candidates experience. This position is located in Tumbler Ridge and will be working a 14 x 14 continuous shift.
