The Field Operations Manager (FOM) is a people-focused leader who serves as a trainer, mentor, and coach with primary responsibilities for developing talent and strengthening leadership capability across an assigned POD. This role is accountable for driving individual and team performance through consistent coaching, skill development, and fair, effective corrective action. The Field Operations Manager leads workforce planning and labor strategy to support sustainable growth, while ensuring the consistent execution of Serv-U-Success core processes across all stores. This individual ensures operational standards, sales support, labor efficiency, safety compliance, and customer partnership are applied consistently. The FOM serves as the People Manager and Operational Performance Leader for all Store Managers (SMs), Assistant Store Managers (ASMs), and Store Representatives (SRs) within the POD, ensuring people development and operational excellence advance together.
