About The Position

Adaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered skilled home health model with the ultimate mission to dramatically improve patient access to home health care. The Field Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring patients receive timely, reliable care by overseeing daily scheduling, clinician capacity, workforce performance, and service-failure prevention. This role connects our patients, field clinicians, Patient Care Coordinators, clinical leaders, and growth teams so operational issues are resolved before they affect care. We build technology to help our field teams operate faster and with better support. Our charting product is designed to reduce documentation burden, and our scheduling product will improve visit coordination, reduce last-minute changes, and provide better visibility into capacity and coverage. If you are highly organized, make sound decisions under pressure, and enjoy building systems that help teams deliver better patient care, this role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to directly improve access to home health services.
