Dominion Water & Sanitation District, Colorado Field Operations Manager Under the administrative direction of the Deputy General Manager, the Field Operations Manager leads and manages all wholesale water and wastewater operations and maintenance, as well as contract retail water and wastewater operations and maintenance. This role is responsible for developing and executing operations plans, establishing standard operating procedures, managing system performance, and building a high-performing operations team. The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring active participation in field operations while overseeing staff, programs, and infrastructure. The Field Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant utility operations, while helping scale systems and capabilities to support Dominion’s continued growth.
