Your role as a Field Operations Manager is to manage the overall operations and be responsible for, productivity, quality control performance metrics, and safety measures for your team. This role will report to the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in related field with 1-2 years in operations management
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
  • Proficient in using current technology; smartphone, tablets, MS office tools, etc.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles or more per day in various terrain and weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to all Supervisors.
  • Manage training, scheduling, wages and hours for field staff.
  • Work closely with Project Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, processes, budgets, as well as follow through with implementation.
  • Develop operations systems, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work, equipment utilization, and equipment/inventory management
  • Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations and ensure that the project safety goals are met, and training is completed
  • May perform additional duties, responsibilities, projects, work locations, or tasks based on operational and business need
