We’re hiring a Field Operations Lead to drive performance in the field. This role is built for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership, customer interaction, and real-time decision-making.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience
- Moving or labor experience preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example in a physical, fast-paced role
- Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license & 21+
- DOT Medical Certification
- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
- Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job
- Maintain clear internal and external communication with team members and customers
- Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Safely lift, load, and remove items (50+ lbs)
- Multi-task effectively across logistics, customer service, and team leadership responsibilities
- Hit and exceed daily performance and revenue targets
