This role involves participating in and overseeing field service project operations to meet established field department goals. The Foreman will demonstrate leadership, safety, integrity, teamwork, quality, and urgency. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, market dominance, and profitability. The position is involved in project documentation, resource planning, capital equipment suggestions, safety, and customer interface. The Foreman will perform maintenance and repair work, provide project supervision to technicians, train employees, set project goals, and assist the team in meeting quality standards. They will respond to client requests promptly, review and present monthly project reports, and interact with Engineers for technical information. The role requires ensuring effective job execution to meet cost and duration schedules while maintaining high quality and minimizing rework. The Foreman will ensure proper direction and supervision of activities in the assigned area for efficient utilization of personnel and machinery, and determine and coordinate actions needed to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards. The position also includes participating in the Continuous Improvement process, initiating process improvement dialogs, participating in root cause analysis, and performing periodic audits for safety, quality, standard work, and productivity. Coordination of material, equipment, manpower, safety, risk mitigation, and quality, while meeting customer requirements, is essential. The Foreman will provide work direction, assist with problem-solving, and coordinate with other departments, adhering to established standards, policies, and practices, including MSHA regulations.
