About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Coordinator to support our eviction services team. This role is central to field operations, serving as the primary link among internal teams, field crews, and clients to ensure seamless service execution. As the company continues to expand into new markets, the Field Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven logistics expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This position requires a hands-on approach to scheduling, dispatching, and real-time problem-solving to ensure professional and timely field execution.

Requirements

• Prior experience in field operations coordination, dispatching, logistics, or operations support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in high-pressure situations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with scheduling or dispatch software and general comfort with technology
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, digital calendars, and shared task management tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and service excellence

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch labor crews for eviction services across multiple locations
• Act as the primary point of contact for field crews, property managers, and clients during active job windows
• Confirm job schedules with labor teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Monitor job progress, track completion status, and collect required reports and photographs
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve field issues such as delays, access challenges, or crew availability concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to job activity, labor hours, and service outcomes
• Communicate professionally via phone and email to confirm logistics, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operations, billing, and client expectations
• Support post-job activities, including documentation, reporting, and follow-up coordination
