As a Field Operations Associate, you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage. You will manage inventory by tracking product movement, maintaining accurate records, and identifying low or depleted stock levels. This role involves inspecting incoming and outgoing kits, products, and materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. You will also perform cycle counts and examine inventory for damage, defects, wear, or expiration, reporting issues as needed. Maintaining warehouse organization, including receiving, storing, and preparing materials for surgical shipments is key. You will coordinate with internal teams (distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouses) to expedite or resolve delivery and inventory issues. Additionally, you will support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards by maintaining clean workspaces, tools, and equipment. Managing inventory documentation, including usage records, damage tracking, and account reporting, is also part of the role. You will collaborate with internal resources to source alternative products (e.g., loaner banks, consignments, or other locations).
