About The Position

This position is within the Department of Plant Science at McGill University. During the planting season, the workload will be more extensive, involving tasks such as soil sampling, layout, seed preparations, and seeding. For each crop, seven experiments will be conducted simultaneously.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based/located
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (assessed at a level # on a scale of 0-4)
• Minimal or No Related Experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct soil sampling
• Perform layout tasks
• Execute seed preparations
• Perform seeding
• Assist with seven simultaneous experiments for each crop
