About The Position

CarData is a rapidly growing automotive lot service company that offers professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to automobile dealerships nationwide. We are seeking a dependable and energetic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring our dealership clients receive exceptional service daily. The position offers a flexible schedule and has the potential to grow into a salaried full-time role as the market expands. Responsibilities are varied, including covering dealership routes, photographing inventory, installing window labels, assisting with new dealership launches, training new team members, performing quality control, and supporting during peak workloads.

Requirements

• Dependable with excellent attendance

• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience is a plus but is not required. We provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
• Photograph dealership inventory
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
• Assist with new dealership launches
• Help train new field team members
• Perform quality control visits
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
• Help keep our local market operating smoothly
