About The Position

Join One of the Nation's Fastest Growing Automotive Lot Service Companies. CarData provides professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships throughout the United States. We're looking for a dependable, energetic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager and help ensure our dealership clients receive exceptional service every day. No two days are the same. One day you may be covering a dealership route, the next you may be helping train a new employee, launching a new dealership, or assisting with quality control. This position can be Flex or Full-Time, for the right person has the opportunity to grow into a salaried Full-Time position as the market grows.

Requirements

• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
• Photograph dealership inventory
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
• Assist with new dealership launches
• Help train new field team members
• Perform quality control visits
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
• Help keep our local market operating smoothly
