About The Position

CarData is a rapidly growing automotive lot service company that offers professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships across the United States. We are seeking a dependable and energetic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager and ensure our dealership clients receive outstanding service. The role offers a flexible schedule and the potential for growth into a salaried full-time position as the market expands. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from covering dealership routes and training new employees to launching new dealerships and assisting with quality control.

Requirements

• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience is a plus but is not required. We provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
• Photograph dealership inventory
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
• Assist with new dealership launches
• Help train new field team members
• Perform quality control visits
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
• Help keep our local market operating smoothly
