About The Position

CarData is a rapidly growing automotive lot service company that offers professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships across the United States. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring our dealership clients receive top-notch service daily. The position offers a flexible schedule and has the potential to evolve into a full-time salaried role as the market expands.

Requirements

• Dependable with excellent attendance

• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience is a plus but is not required. We provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
• Photograph dealership inventory
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
• Assist with new dealership launches
• Help train new field team members
• Perform quality control visits
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
• Help keep our local market operating smoothly
