Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Field Operations Manager works in conjunction with franchisees, their teams, and Franchise Business Coaches to drive revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development. The Field Operations Manager will oversee personal working relationships with Franchisees while remaining committed to the Retro Fitness brand objectives. For nearly 2 decades, Retro Fitness has been providing members with a timeless approach to exercise, health, and fitness. With 175 health and fitness clubs open or in development, Retro Fitness is one of the fastest-growing in the High-Value, Low-Price fitness segment. Requirements

3-5 years as a General Manager or supervisor in the Fitness Industry is required.
1-2 years of experience as a sales leader, trainer, or coach.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize existing tools for developing financial reports and identify and address trends and issues.
Travel required 90% between locations supporting franchisees.

Working understanding of DataTrak and Club OS preferred

Responsibilities

Drive revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development.
Oversee personal working relationships with Franchisees while remaining committed to the Retro Fitness brand objectives.
Guide Franchise personnel in all facets of Health Club operations including new member growth, member services, profit center revenue generation, cost controls, marketing, purchasing, and people development.
Recognize and share best practices, standards of excellence, procedures, and ideas while staying within Franchise brand and vendor guidelines.
