You will be the Field Operation (FO) Director for the Lines of Business (LOBs) which is responsible for supporting sustainment operations and delivering sustainment products and services. What You Will Be Doing As the Field Operation (FO) Director, you will be responsible for leading the Field Operations team and serving as the principal point of contact for all matters. Your responsibilities will include: Directing and executing sustainment operations to achieve schedule, technical, and quality performance targets in support of LOB strategies, goals, and objectives. Providing strategic guidance to facilitate new business growth and business retention, and ensuring fulfillment of customer needs and achievement of customer satisfaction. Leading field support activities, including onsite field support, non-air vehicle product support, and integrating delivery of product support solutions. Managing and ensuring delivery of Product Support Resources, and reviewing and determining if requirements are supportable. Deploying planning and contingency operations integration, and integrating readiness initiatives across Sustainment teams to optimize fielded performance. Who You Are The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and strategic leader with experience in sustainment operations and field support activities. You will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to provide guidance and support to ensure fulfillment of those needs. You will also have experience in managing and delivering product support resources, and be able to integrate readiness initiatives across Sustainment teams.
