As a Senior Consultant in the Technology Consulting - Field of Play group, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of technology adoption and implementation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Guidewire Cloud InsuranceSuite applications. This role supports configuration or integration development initiatives across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and / or ClaimCenter while ensuring adherence to Guidewire best practices, cloud standards, and delivery excellence. Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions within Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter)
  • Proficiency in Gosu and Guidewire application development
  • Experience with Guidewire configuration components, including business rules, workflows, PCF/UI configuration, product modeling, data models, and batch processes
  • Experience with Guidewire integration frameworks, including Integration Gateway, APIs, messaging, and web services (REST)
  • Experience with source control, automated builds, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Guidewire Cloud certifications are considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Cloud InsuranceSuite solutions, including configuration, integration, and extension development
  • Configure Guidewire functionality such as business rules, workflows, product models, UI components, and data models
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Guidewire messaging, APIs/, web services (SOAP/REST), event-driven architectures, and plug-ins
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Guidewire coding standards, cloud development practices, and architectural guidelines
  • Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment activities within Guidewire Cloud environments
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
