About The Position

Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals/clients who have sustained a work-related injury. The Case Manager uses their clinical knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to partner with all stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcome for the injured worker. This is hybrid position comprised of 2/3 field travel in the Kansas City, MO area and 1/3 work from your home office. Stubbe Case Management is a 100 percent employee-owned medical and vocational case management firm with nearly four decades of industry leadership. Requirements

  • Active MO nursing licensure
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a community-based environment

  • Workers’ compensation, case management, or occupational health experience preferred

  • Coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals/clients who have sustained a work-related injury.

  • Strengthen relationships with employers and providers in the greater Kansas City area.
  • Support injured workers in a community where effective case management truly matters.
  • Help grow Stubbe’s regional footprint in a market with high opportunity and strong referral volume.
  • Partner closely with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to coordinate care, eliminate barriers, and facilitate a successful return to work.
