About The Position
Paradigm is seeking a full-time Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the St. Louis, MO area. This is a home-based role requiring travel to various locations such as doctors' offices and hospitals. The position involves the medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager will collaborate with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, closely monitoring the injured worker's progress and reporting findings.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Organization and timeline adherence skills
- PC and technology skills
- Communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Skilled at patient education
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history
Nice To Haves
- Experience in case management of workers comp cases
- Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) strongly preferred (must obtain within two years of hire date)
Responsibilities
