About The Position
Marco is expanding across Texas and we’re looking for reliable, independent Field Merchandisers to represent Procter & Gamble in H-E-B retail stores. This is active, on-your-feet work. You’ll be responsible for making sure P&G products are properly stocked, merchandised, and looking their best on the shelves. You’ll work independently, manage your own route, and play a direct role in how one of the world’s biggest brands shows up in stores.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking stores)
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone with data plan
- Flexible availability during store hours

- No prior experience required — full training provided
Responsibilities
- Maintain P&G merchandising standards and planograms
- Keep shelves stocked and product displays organized
- Monitor stock levels and report store conditions
- Complete visit reports and photo documentation through our mobile app
