About The Position

Electrical utility construction company seeking experienced Field Mechanic for repair of various utility equipment and trucks. This position will be responsible for a large variety of repairs to support various job sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years heavy mechanic experience in related field
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel and gas systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair brake systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair all related components to aerial equipment and boom trucks
• Must have basic fabrication skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to observe and maintain excellent safety standards
• Must have tools
• Must be willing to work OT and some weekends
• CDL a plus
• Self-motivated to learn about our company and equipment
• Take ownership in their position
• Able to think outside the box
