About The Position

Infinity Replacement is a direct-to-consumer business specializing in replacement windows and doors, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality to homeowners. The company offers premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation. They are seeking a Field Marketing Supervisor who is a natural leader, passionate about mentoring teams, and experienced in event marketing and/or retail environments. This role involves leading a team of Brand Ambassadors across retail locations and events, driving performance through coaching, strategic scheduling, and hands-on support. The supervisor will ensure a professional, engaging, and effective presence at events and retail partnerships to generate qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead, develop, train, mentor, and empower a team.
  • Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control; a bias for action.
  • Ability to build strong local networks and relationships.
  • Organized and planful.
  • Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers.
  • Must be able to travel to all assigned shows and events within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to consistently work all weekends, with few exceptions.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Ability to push large displays that weigh 75 pounds and are on wheels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to set up and/or tear down up to two shows per day, which could include over an hour of physical activity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with retail partnerships, including staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassador employees.
  • Represent the organization at shows, events, and in-store at retail locations to generate qualified leads for design consultations.
  • Regularly report on performance needs and metrics of the market.
  • Develop and manage the staffing plan and schedules for market warehouses.
  • Set up and tear down events, making necessary logistical arrangements and ensuring materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned market, with occasional travel to other markets as needed.
