itD is seeking a Field Marketing Strategy & Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and reporting across a portfolio of field marketing programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns, events, and executive programs are supported by scalable processes, accurate data, and clear visibility for sales and leadership. Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or related roles
  • Experience working with marketing and reporting systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, Cvent, and SharePoint
  • Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive-level engagement programs and high-touch events
  • Familiarity with campaign performance tracking and opportunity influence reporting
  • Experience with executive communications, reporting, or leadership presentations
  • Prior experience working with Cisco environments or related programs

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage core Field Marketing trackers, ensuring real-time accuracy and usability for sales and marketing teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enrich account data, resolve gaps, and ensure alignment across programs
  • Create and manage campaign infrastructure including campaign codes, meeting IDs, and program tracking hubs
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, opportunity alignment, and nomination pipelines
  • Perform QA across reporting tools, dashboards, and data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support pre- and post-event reporting, analyzing data to inform targeting strategies and program effectiveness
  • Assist in building executive-ready materials, including briefings, presentations, and program decks
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
