About The Position

At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together. We're looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing Events and Brand Marketing team - someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute to and learn from a team of seasoned event professionals, and help bring Webflow's field marketing programs to life globally. This is a new role joining an established and talented team. This is an early seat on a small, high-performing team that moves quickly and takes its work seriously. You'll get real ownership, real mentorship, and real exposure to what it looks like to build field marketing programs that drive pipeline — supported by experienced event and field marketing professionals across North America and EMEA. We'll invest in your growth, and we'll expect you to bring your initiative, creativity, and follow-through to everything you touch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting or executing field marketing programs — event sponsorships, hosted events, roadshows, executive programs, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Working proficiency and knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo; demonstrable experience and ability to pull reports, create and manage programs, track leads, and support campaign setup
  • Genuine enthusiasm for travel, with availability to support 20+ events per year across North America and occasionally internationally

Nice To Haves

  • Are energized by variety — no two weeks look the same in field marketing, and that's exactly how you like it
  • Bring genuine attention to detail — you're the person who catches the typo on the event banner before it ships and double-checks the run-of-show the morning of
  • Work well across functions — you're comfortable building relationships with sales, communicating up to stakeholders, and collaborating across a distributed team
  • Are a natural learn and coachable — you want to learn from experienced teammates, and you're not afraid to ask questions when you need help or more information
  • Are a natural self-starter — you don't wait to be told what needs doing, you see it and you do it
  • Take ownership seriously — when something has your name on it, you see it through from first draft to final debrief
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Webflow's NAMER field marketing programs — including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events — with increasing ownership as you grow in the role
  • Help build and maintain program timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor communications, and event logistics from pre-event planning through post-event wrap-up
  • Work closely with the NAMER sales team to support field program execution, ensuring strong pre-event outreach, on-site sales presence, and post-event follow-through
  • Support budget tracking across NAMER programs — monitoring spend, flagging variances, and helping the team consistently deliver programs on or under budget
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and contractors to support event production, swag, shipping, and on-site logistics
  • Track and report on event performance metrics — including attendance, pipeline contribution, and engagement data — and contribute to post-event analysis and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Events and Brand Marketing team, including EMEA-based colleagues, to share learnings, align on best practices, and contribute to a globally consistent Webflow field marketing experience
  • Work on our largest event programs, including our annual user conference Webflow Conf
