About The Position

IRONSCALES is an AI-powered email and communications security platform that protects organizations from various cyber threats. The demand for their services is rapidly growing in the cybersecurity market. They are looking for individuals who take ownership, communicate clearly, and build lasting programs. This role is for a Field Marketing Specialist who will support the execution of events and programs to establish IRONSCALES as a connected name among security practitioners. The ideal candidate will view events as a growth engine and possess the operational discipline for flawless execution while focusing on the people they serve.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Proven experience managing event programs, ideally from an early stage.
  • Exceptional event production skills.
  • Strong relationship-building instincts and genuine energy for connecting people.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Clear understanding of how events connect to pipeline, retention, and brand.
  • Experience aligning with Sales and Customer Success on revenue goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity; familiarity with our audience (MSPs, CISOs, security analysts, IT and security admins).
  • Experience running executive-level programs: roundtables or C-suite dinners.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for event tracking and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of small to medium-size events; support planning of large strategic tradeshows.
  • Design event experiences that build brand awareness, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Coordinate booth experiences, sponsored sessions, and executive meetings to maximize conference impact.
  • Gather attendee feedback to continuously improve the experience.
  • Follow a repeatable playbook for flagship formats to ensure program scalability without losing quality.
  • Build event briefs to align and enable on-site staff.
  • Manage vendors for booth design, space layout, shipping logistics, and source swag.
  • Coordinate speaker prep and session content, including abstracts, decks, and presenter briefs.
  • Set up lead capture mechanisms such as scanners, landing pages, and partner co-registration.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Channel, SDR, and Marketing teams on staffing and logistics for each event.
  • Lead the on-site team, including shift management and real-time problem-solving.
  • Support speakers and sessions, managing run-of-show, A/V, and session scanning.
  • Produce real-time creative assets like social graphics and recap materials.
  • Run daily team communications and manage giveaways.
  • Support VIP, distributor, and partner touchpoints, including dinners, roundtables, and suite meetings.
  • Triage leads, including MQL tiering, motion tagging, and CRM upload.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions based on motion and sales or BDR assignment.
  • Report budget actuals to track expenses.
  • Report on event performance against core KPIs such as leads generated, pipeline influenced, and cost per lead.
  • Produce recap content and internal highlight summaries.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and HubSpot for lead status, deal registration, and opportunity tagging.
