Field Marketing Specialist - East Coast
About The Position
Stark builds the world’s most powerful electric motorcycles, with models like the VARG MX, VARG EX, and SM that have won world championships and are engineered to outperform traditional combustion engine bikes. Based in Sant Boi, Barcelona, Stark is a fast-growing company (77% year-on-year) seeking to become the global market leader in premium motorcycles. The company's mission is to lead the way towards a sustainable motorcycle industry by reducing plastic and CO2 pollution through the development of sustainable products that are superior in Performance, Emotion, and Design. This role will support the company's Marketing Mix, assist in Consumer Collecting and Athlete Marketing initiatives, and coordinate the Demo Warrior Program for the USA East Coast region.

Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Mix of the company.
- Assist in Consumer Collecting initiatives & Athlete Marketing.
- Coordinate the Demo Warrior Program for the USA East Coast region.
- Execute the local Event Marketing Plan and activations.
- Coordinate & maintain the Marketing Bike fleet.
- Maintain the Marketing event tools and vehicles.
- Manage the Marketing spare part stock.
- Assist the Sales Team and dealer network with Demo Days.
- Assist the Trade Marketing strategy when needed.
- Handle logistics for internal and external needs.
- Capture and share consumer, sales team and dealer network perceptions.
- Always on top of emails, calls and up to date.
- Understand and infuse Stark’s strategies and philosophies in your area.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and regional business planning for the North American market.
- Build strong relationships with the dealer network and support them with marketing initiatives.
- Travel when needed.
