We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist (US) to execute high-impact field marketing programs across the United States, with a focus on trade shows, conferences, strategic brand events, and supporting partner event execution. Based in New York, you’ll support the execution of field marketing programs end-to-end—from planning and stakeholder alignment to onsite execution and post-event reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Sales, Brand and Partner Marketing to ensure every program strengthens our presence, supports pipeline goals, and delivers measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Strong experience supporting in-person events, conferences, and webinars
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on execution mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple programs at once with high attention to detail
  • Based in New York and open to regular travel within the US

Responsibilities

  • Execute US-based field marketing programs including trade shows, sponsored conferences, local meet ups and workshops, and webinars
  • Support the execution of US-based partner co-marketing and partner event activations
  • Coordinate planning milestones, timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholder kickoffs
  • Maintain the US event calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and campaign timing
  • Support end-to-end event execution: logistics, vendor coordination, booth operations, shipments, and staffing plans
  • Coordinate pre-event campaign planning, briefing documents, and speaker enablement
  • Support onsite execution for priority events, helping manage setup, speaker support, and lead capture
  • Coordinate with design and ops teams to manage swag, signage, and printed collateral
  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams on pre-event prospecting coordination and follow-up enablement
  • Ensure alignment with Product Marketing on messaging and product priorities
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on event execution support for strategic partners
  • Track and report on event success metrics: lead volume, influenced pipeline, meetings booked, engagement
  • Collaborate with Event Enablement to ensure accurate reporting, tagging and attribution
  • Collect insights, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to optimization planning
