This role is pivotal in driving the alignment of our people strategy with our business objectives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a thriving, engaged workforce. In your role as HRBP, you will actively contribute to realizing our Group’s ambitions by partnering with business leaders to align people’s strategies with organizational objectives. You will provide expert operational HR support, act as a coach and advisor, and champion a people-centric mindset within a dynamic and evolving environment. As a HRBP M/F/D you will report to the Manufacturing HRBP Director in the HR department based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
