We are a talented, motivated and supportive team with offices in the US, Germany and Malaysia We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist in Dallas, TX to support our growing customer base. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our customers at every stage of their journey with 8tree – from Pre-Sales, through Go-Live, Post-Sales, and Renewal stages. You’ll ensure our customers derive maximum value from our technology, feel supported, and are positioned for long-term success. You will work closely with our business development team and our applications engineering team to drive meaningful customer outcomes. Requirements

  • US citizenship required – no exceptions.
  • In-office position (not remote) – no exceptions.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role (must be in a technical domain, e.g. B2B SaaS)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering (preferably aerospace, electrical, mechanical) or related discipline
  • Technical Degree (e.g. bachelor’s in aerospace, mechanical, or industrial engineering). Exposure to business or communications is a plus
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts and presenting to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with high business acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness for driving customer success
  • 60%+ travel (scheduled in advance, often international)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with 3D metrology, NDT, or quality inspection systems
  • Experience in quality engineering for Aviation-MRO / Aerospace / Wind-Turbine / Automotive industries

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and develop lead relationships during technical discovery phase, with a focus to support progression through the sales funnel
  • Own and guide customers through onboarding and product adoption
  • Ensure successful system deployment and integration into customer workflows. This includes long-term planning, executing, and progress monitoring
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technical and commercial counterparts at customer site
  • Proactively engage with customers (including online, or in-person) to understand goals, patterns, challenges, and opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations (online or in-person) and facilitate effective technical discovery session
  • Identify churn risk and partner internally with various stakeholders to deliver corrective actions
  • Lead renewal discussions and identify expansion opportunities
  • Build customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and references
