About The Position

The Field Marketing Specialist I will support field marketing activities across Canada and the Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming (CMEG) team. This role involves working with the Director, AMER Field Marketing, two Field Marketing Managers across Canada, and the CMEG team. The position is a 6+ month contract based in Anchorage, AK, with a strong preference for candidates located near Toronto, Canada.

Requirements

• Newly graduated to 2–3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company or relevant internship experience.
• Located near Toronto is preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Canva, Microsoft Excel, and Mac.
• Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Exceptional customer service skills when working with essential business partners.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and provide feedback on improving existing processes.

Nice To Haves

• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing activities across Canada and CMEG, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and third-party sponsorships.
• Support and own key operational and execution-based tasks.
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials and reporting.
• Support pre- and post-event activities and regular sales communications.
• Streamline procurement management and budget tracking.
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.
• Travel for events when appropriate.
