About The Position

Sodexo is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist 2 for our campus segment of business. This is a Marketing Manager position supporting North Carolina A&T State University located in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Marketing Director and operational leaders to drive strategic growth, enhance the student experience, and support client communication. The position supervises one in-unit Marketing Management position and 6-10 interns. The position has an office in the unit. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

  • Proven track record of increasing sales volume through strategic, innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, serving as an enthusiastic ambassador for Sodexo to clients, customers, and campus partners.
  • Excellent time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects across different account locations.
  • Experience improving customer satisfaction and analyzing survey data to guide action planning.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing social media and website marketing strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with operational leadership to drive effective marketing solutions.
  • Experience setting goals within budget constraints, building processes, meeting deadlines, and evaluating results.
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years

Nice To Haves

  • Contract food services experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sodexo Operations to develop and execute marketing strategies that support revenue growth and drive participation across campus dining programs.
  • Plan and implement regional growth initiatives, including rollouts, trainings, and adoption of national marketing programs.
  • Support the unit with marketing needs such as surveys, mutualized promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage marketing presence across social media channels and websites, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campus goals.
  • Track marketing outcomes, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet deadlines and budget goals within a marketing business plan.
  • Support the Marketing Director with special activations and programs.
