Field Marketing Representative – Storm Restoration
About The Position
Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our storm restoration field team. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for homeowners in storm-impacted areas, connecting them with our roofing professionals. This role involves canvassing neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners about potential roof damage, identifying those interested in a complimentary roof inspection, and gathering basic information for the insurance claim process. This is a ground-level role with no roof climbing involved, requiring comfort being on your feet for several hours a day. It's an excellent first step towards a career in sales, with opportunities for growth within the company through programs like RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) and advancement to Independent Sales Representative roles.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Professional and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Enjoys working outdoors.

- Comfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.
Nice To Haves
- No roofing experience is required — we provide an orientation to familiarize you with our inspection process and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods recently impacted by storms.
- Speak with homeowners about potential roof damage.
- Identify homeowners who'd like a complimentary roof inspection.
- Introduce interested homeowners to our Sales Manager.
- Help gather the basic information needed to start the insurance claim process.
