About The Position

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking Field Marketing Representatives to join their growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and desire schedule flexibility. While no prior roofing or sales experience is necessary, candidates should be willing to learn, effectively communicate with homeowners, and professionally represent the company in the communities served. The role involves visiting designated neighborhoods, sharing information about complimentary exterior inspections, and scheduling interested homeowners with the sales team. Field Marketing Representatives will work alongside other team members and develop practical communication and sales skills. This position does not require climbing roofs or carrying ladders, as experienced team members handle inspections, estimates, insurance discussions, contracts, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
