Here's the deal: you'll walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and set appointments for our sales team. It's simple, but it's not easy. Requirements

A personality. You're the kind of person people enjoy talking to.
Thick skin. Not every door will open. You don't take it personally and you keep moving.
Self-discipline. Nobody's micromanaging you. You manage yourself.
Hunger. You want more and you're willing to work for it.
Coachability. You listen, you learn, you get better.
Availability. Mon–Fri, 3 PM to 8 PM, and two Saturdays per month, 10 AM to 2 PM.

Responsibilities

Walk neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to Storm Guard's services.
Have real conversations. No scripts, no pressure. Just be genuine and helpful.
Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team.
Be the first face of our brand in the community. First impressions matter.
Share what Storm Guard does through short, interactive presentations.
Build referral relationships by delivering a great experience at every door.
Join daily team check-ins and planning sessions.
Track your activity in our canvassing software so you can see your own progress.
