About The Position

New Beginnings Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative in the Charleston area. This is an entry-level, field-based role focused on connecting with homeowners, setting quality appointments, and building the foundation for long-term success. The role involves engaging homeowners in professional conversations, identifying potential roofing or exterior needs, educating them on the free inspection process, and setting qualified appointments for the Sales Team. This position is not a high-pressure sales job, as it does not involve closing, pricing, or contracts. The Field Marketing Representative is the first impression of the NBC brand in the community and may also connect with local businesses or support neighborhood campaigns. Success is measured by consistently setting high-quality, qualified appointments, clear communication, and adherence to training and systems.

Requirements
