As the Field Marketing Manager at BCM One, you will spearhead exciting strategic initiatives to fuel our sales and growth for the enterprise business unit. Work Locations: This is a remote or hybrid optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and growth in the telecom or B2B sector.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
A strong portfolio demonstrating content development across various formats, including digital, print, presentations, sales enablement, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support BCM One’s sales objectives.
Work closely with the sales and partner teams to create targeted marketing strategies and materials that resonate with our partner community and end users.
Collaborate with TSDs to drive joint marketing initiatives and leverage their networks to expand our reach.
Organize and manage field marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and partner events to promote BCM One’s solutions and build brand awareness.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
