About The Position

In this role, you will lead and execute high-impact field marketing initiatives that directly support sales performance and pipeline growth within the K–12 education market. You will design and deliver targeted account-based marketing programs, engaging events, and webinars that generate demand and strengthen customer relationships. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations, you will translate strategy into action and ensure alignment across all go-to-market efforts. This position offers the opportunity to own regional marketing execution, manage budgets, and measure ROI in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will have the autonomy to innovate while leveraging data and insights to continuously optimize performance. The role is fully remote, collaborating across multiple time zones within the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
  • Proven success in planning and executing high-impact events and webinars with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, pipeline generation, and demand marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to optimize strategy and execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce, as well as webinar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based field marketing strategies that support sales goals and drive account-level engagement, especially in underdeveloped regions.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver field events and webinars aligned with demand generation strategies to maximize lead engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Continuously evaluate program performance, refining campaigns to improve effectiveness and measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations to ensure cohesive and high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage the field marketing budget to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality programs.
  • Track, analyze, and report ROI across all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
