Role Summary: The Field Marketing Manager plays a critical execution‑focused role within the Field Marketing organization, supporting the successful delivery of regional and segment‑specific marketing programs across Channel, Wholesale, and Enterprise. This role is responsible for the tactical planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of events and campaigns that drive customer engagement and support revenue growth. Working closely with Senior Field Marketing Managers, this position helps ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined objectives. This role is also designed as a developmental pipeline for future Marketing roles, providing hands‑on exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, field execution, and performance measurement in a fast‑paced B2B environment. Job Scope/Supervision: This role will report to a Senior Field Marketing Manager, and work with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams.
