About The Position

The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives that align with sales priorities and accelerate pipeline growth. This role combines strategic expertise with hands-on execution of integrated events. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across teams. This role will primarily support sales teams across the Western and Central U.S. regions. Candidates should be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones and be comfortable supporting multiple geographies as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing.
  • Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute integrated events that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Monitor and report on event performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead management and follow-up.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for regional marketing programs.
  • Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to support quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances teams to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events.
  • Plan and manage impactful regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops.
  • Advocate for sales needs and communicate marketing priorities effectively.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute successful events independently.
