Reducto is looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-minded Field Marketing Manager to define and scale our field marketing and events program. You’ll shape how Reducto shows up in the market—leading everything from event strategy to hands-on execution across owned events, sponsored activations, and partner collaborations. You’ll have significant ownership and visibility, with a direct hand in creating Reducto’s field marketing motion as the company grows. You’ll design memorable, creative experiences for enterprise and executive audiences, partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive real pipeline impact, and help shape Reducto’s go-to-market motion as we scale. This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA. We're an early-stage company with extraordinary momentum, looking for someone who's excited to build something transformative from the ground up. We need a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to capitalize on the remarkable product-market fit we've already established.
