About The Position

Nebius is building the infrastructure layer powering the next generation of AI applications. Token Factory, our production-grade inference platform, enables AI builders and enterprises to deploy models at scale with high performance, transparent pricing, and enterprise-ready governance. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America to own and scale regional field marketing programs across Token Factory and Nebius’ broader Developer Relations initiatives, with a clear focus on pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and long-term product adoption. This role is responsible for driving measurable Token Factory pipeline impact while building and growing high-value developer communities aligned to defined engagement, adoption, and contribution metrics across the U.S. This role is accountable for owning territory plans, pipeline impact, and sales alignment—while leaning deeper into developer relations (DevRel), technical field programs, and ecosystem activation across startups, AI builders, and enterprise innovation teams. While we are open to exceptional candidates in other locations, we have a strong preference for individuals based in (or open to relocating to) Boston, New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, DevRel, and Engineering
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense)
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth, build-phase environment with ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel ~25–30%
