Field Marketing & Events Manager - East

Oasis SecurityNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

We’re looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to join our Marketing team in New York and lead the strategy and execution of Oasis’s global field presence during a period of rapid growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, pipeline, and experience. You will architect and execute a high-impact global events strategy - from flagship industry conferences to curated executive experiences - across US, EMEA, and beyond. Your work will directly drive awareness, influence enterprise deals, and strengthen Oasis’s position as a category leader in identity security.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact events across different regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors.
  • You are a "doer" who can also think big. You can move seamlessly from high-level strategy to the granular details of on-site production.
  • You understand that an event’s success is measured by the quality of the pipeline it generates, not just the number of attendees.
  • You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants) to optimize your work and the attendee experience.
  • You can hold your own in a room with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with confidence and clarity.
  • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
  • Builder: You take ownership and turn ideas into execution
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips through the cracks, even under pressure
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand how events translate into pipeline and revenue
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to engage senior stakeholders and create meaningful experiences
  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You find solutions quickly and move things forward
  • Calm Under Pressure: You handle last-minute changes without losing control

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits.
  • Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor global management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience anywhere in the world.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every global engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
  • Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our global strategy based on market trends and performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale your workflows and create personalized, cutting-edge experiences for attendees.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with $170K-$180K per year
